How do I shut down the DJI Air 3S motors after landing: Shutting down the DJI Air 3S motors is a critical process that must be performed correctly to avoid damage to the aircraft or potential accidents. There are two main methods for stopping the motors after a successful landing. The first method involves pushing down the left stick on the remote controller and holding it until the motors are completely shut down. This is the recommended procedure under normal conditions, as it allows for a safe and smooth shutdown.

The second method is known as emergency motor shutdown, used in situations where it is necessary to immediately stop the propellers from spinning. To execute this method, the pilot must perform a Combined Stick Command (CSC), moving both sticks down and to the center or down and out simultaneously. This method should only be used in emergencies, as it can result in an abrupt shutdown that could compromise the stability of the drone while still in the air.

Before turning off the motors, it's a good idea to make sure the drone is completely on the ground and stable. Also, once turned off, wait a few seconds before handling the aircraft to allow the internal systems to properly deactivate.
